Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Gardeners and Landscaping Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, willing to work outdoors, and passionate about maintaining beautiful gardens and landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.
- Assist in landscape installation and maintenance.
- Perform weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Keep gardens, pathways, and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
- Load and unload plants, soil, and landscaping materials.
- Support senior landscapers in daily tasks.
- Follow the instructions and guidance of the Site Supervisor
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work.
- Basic knowledge of plants and gardening tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Willingness to learn new landscaping techniques.

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday
Experience
- Gardening/Landscaping: 0–2 years (Preferred)
Education
- No minimum educational qualification required.
Language
- Malayalam, Hindi, or English (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Driving license is an advantage but not required.
