- Identify customer needs, budget, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
Sales Activities
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct customer test drives.
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing, financing, and offers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead Management
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
Documentation
- Assist customers with booking forms and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
- Ensure all required documents are completed accurately.
Vehicle Delivery
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the operations team.
