About the Role
QA Testing Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive to expand our laboratory testing services across Saharanpur and nearby industrial areas.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting industries and businesses, generating leads, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients requiring laboratory testing and inspection services.
- Conduct regular field visits to industries, manufacturers, contractors, builders and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, market research and business networking.
- Explain relevant testing services and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the internal laboratory/technical team for customer requirements and quotations.
Who Can Apply?
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holders.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, BDE or Field Sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with regular field visits.
- Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Candidates familiar with Saharanpur and nearby industrial areas will be preferred.
