Job Description / Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning function for Data Center projects from conception to commissioning.
Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all milestones.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to align planning with project execution.
Develop detailed work plans, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks; propose mitigation plans.
Analyze project performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Key Skills / Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and Data Center operations.
Experience in planning and execution of large-scale Data Center projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
