We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our workspace. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a warm and seamless experience for clients, members, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, members, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared before scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day office coordination.
- Ensure reception and lobby areas remain organized, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Address member queries and provide prompt assistance whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in coworking spaces, hospitality, hotels, business centres, or corporate offices will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
