About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build their career in Human Resources. This internship is designed for candidates who want practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.
This is a 3-month learning internship where interns will gain hands-on experience working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in interview coordination and candidate communication
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
- Help maintain HR records and employee data
- Support HR team in employee engagement activities
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
- Learn about HR policies, compliance, and HR operations
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Any HR-related course
- Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
