We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship and Account Handling Executive to join our team!
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Malayalam, English (spoken and written) and Tamil (added advantage)
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Candidates with accounting knowledge will be given preference
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage communications through calls, emails, and social media
- Assist in basic administrative or accounting tasks when required
- Support marketing or customer engagement initiatives
