Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Create and publish job posts across LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other hiring channels
. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial
HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and leadership.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates. Improve the company's hiring process and help attract quality talent.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.
Ensure new team members understand company culture, expectations, policies, and reporting structures
. Maintain employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Handle employee exit formalities, feedback, and clearance processes when required.
Attendance, Leave & HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave records, employee data, and monthly HR reports
. Coordinate with management for payroll-related inputs, leave records, and employee information.
Ensure HR documents, trackers, and internal records are properly maintained
.
Support implementation of discipline, work policies, communication standards, and office processes.
Employee Engagement & Culture Build employee engagement initiatives that improve team motivation and workplace culture.
Conduct regular check-ins, feedback discussions, and employee-connect activities.
Identify employee concerns early and work with leadership to resolve them professionally.
Help create a positive, accountable, respectful, and growth-focused work environment.working in a fast-growing agency and EdTech environment.
HR Policies, Processes & Documentation
Help create, document, and implement HR policies and internal processes.
Build structured systems for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance feedback, employee communication, and exits.
Ensure employees are aware of company policies and follow them consistently.
Support leadership in building scalable people-management systems as the company grows
Eligibility & Requirements
MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, HR operations, or people management. Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Company, Startup, EdTech, or service-based organization will be preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, email, recruitment platforms, and HR documentation tools.
Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
Someone who enjoys working with people, building teams, and solving workplace challenges.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
