Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation-Compulsory
- 3–5 years of experience in instrument calibration and flow meter maintenance (preferably in oil & gas, chemical, or manufacturing industry).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level transmitters, and control valves.
- Conduct periodic calibration of all instruments in accordance with ISO, NABL, or plant standards.
- Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and configuration of various types of flow meters (e.g., electromagnetic, ultrasonic, turbine, vortex).
- Verify and validate instrument accuracy and ensure timely documentation of calibration reports.
- Identify and resolve instrumentation-related issues during plant operation.
- Maintain calibration tools, records, and ensure traceability to standards.
- Support shutdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and condition monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and external calibration agencies for certification and re-calibration.
- Assist in preparing SOPs, maintenance logs, and calibration schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all instrumentation activities.
- Support process optimization and energy efficiency through accurate measurement and control.
