We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional guidance to clients seeking study, work, visitor, and permanent residency visas. You will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, explaining immigration processes, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth client experience from consultation through application submission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and requirements.
- Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate immigration or visa programs.
- Explain visa eligibility, documentation requirements, timelines, and application procedures.
- Collect, review, and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Guide clients through the entire immigration and visa application process.
- Coordinate with the case processing team to prepare and submit applications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
- Meet monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, education counseling, or a related field (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling study, work, visitor, or permanent residency applications.
- Knowledge of immigration policies for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, or Europe.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
