For an Industrial Park BT (Bituminous) Road Project, the ideal professional should have experience in road and infrastructure construction, particularly in pavement works.

Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in road and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in:
- Earthwork and subgrade preparation
- GSB (Granular Sub Base) and WMM works
- Bituminous layers (DBM, BC, BM, etc.)
- Storm water drainage
- Utility corridors and industrial infrastructure
- Quality control and material testing
- Contractor supervision and billing
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all BT road construction activities.
- Verification of levels, alignment, and pavement thickness.
- Monitoring quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordination with contractors, testing laboratories, and project authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with IRC, MORTH, and project specifications.
- Measurement verification and certification of contractor bills.
- Monitoring progress, safety, and project timelines.
For a medium to large industrial park project, a professional with 8–15 years of experience in highway, industrial area, or urban road infrastructure projects would be most suitable to independently supervise BT road construction and ensure quality execution.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
