We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our products, generate leads, meet potential customers, and expand our presence in the domestic market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial areas, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and industrial units in assigned territories.
- Generate new business leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Promote and explain company products to prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities in industries such as ceramics, glass, construction, foundries, and engineered stone.
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead records.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements and feedback.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Industries
Experience in industrial products, building materials, minerals, chemicals, ceramics, construction materials, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,500.37 - ₹18,000.00 per month
