- Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Execute electrical wiring, cable laying, panel board installation, lighting systems, power distribution, and earthing works as per approved drawings and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted electrical operations and minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in wiring, panels, switchboards, motors, pumps, generators, and other electrical systems.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and the MEP team to ensure timely execution of electrical works in line with project schedules.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with statutory regulations, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, material usage, and breakdown reports, and promptly report any major issues to the Site Engineer
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
