We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations, lead the sales team, and help achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process and provide outstanding service.
- Support the team in closing high-value sales and negotiating deals.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, customer records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Ensure showroom standards, vehicle displays, and sales processes are maintained.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
