Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi
Level: Primary & Middle (Classes KG to VIII)
Board: CBSE
Reporting To: Principal / Vice Principal
Qualification (As per CBSE Norms)
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with minimum 50% marks.
- B.Ed. Degree from a recognized university.
- Preferred having Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) / State TET for Secondary Level.
- Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English medium.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a recognized CBSE/State Board school preferred.
- Experience in handling Classes KG to VIII and CBSE examination pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi for Classes KG to VIII as per CBSE curriculum and guidelines.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, teaching notes, and assessment records.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE norms.
- Support students in internal assessments, projects, and language enrichment activities.
- Prepare students for competency-based questions.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and CCE documentation (if applicable).
- Participate in school assemblies, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Attend CBSE training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Uphold discipline, child protection, and inclusive education practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
- Understanding of NEP 2020 and competency-based education.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to integrate ICT tools in teaching-learning process.
- Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
