Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our international business in Nutraceutical and Herbal product segments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both segments and a strong network in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand international business for Nutraceutical and Herbal product portfolio
- Identify new markets and appoint distributors/importers globally (Africa, CIS, LATAM, Southeast Asia, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end export sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Coordinate for product registration and understand country-specific regulatory requirements
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and partners
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings
- Work closely with internal teams (regulatory, production, logistics) for smooth execution
- Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in international business development in BOTH Nutraceutical and Herbal segments (mandatory)
- Proven track record in handling international clients and distributor networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally

Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
