The role focuses on delivering competency-based education, thematic learning, and tailored preparatory support.
Job Overview & Objectives
The primary goal is to shift away from rote memorization by implementing an integrated curriculum that links concepts across subjects (e.g., combining math, physics, and chemistry concepts to solve higher-order problems). You will act as a facilitator, mentor, and curriculum developer.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with both foundational board requirements (such as CBSE/ICSE) and advanced preparatory modules.
- Integrated Learning: Break down borders between traditional subjects. Create thematic, interdisciplinary units that make learning relevant to students' everyday lives.
- Concept Building: Develop strong cognitive and analytical skills. Design worksheets, assignments, and mock tests aimed at building an early foundation for competitive exams.
- Assessments & Progress Tracking: Evaluate student performance through performance-based tasks, quizzes, and continuous evaluations. Provide actionable, personalized feedback to both students and parents.
- Differentiated Instruction: Recognize that students learn at different paces and provide one-to-one support to ensure no child is left behind in core foundational areas.
- Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to refine pedagogical strategies and maintain fluency in integrated teaching methodologies.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education, or a specialized core discipline (Science, Math, Humanities).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience, specifically within CBSE or integrated/preparatory school ecosystems.
- Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of how to seamlessly blend conceptual understanding with practical application.
- Soft Skills: Excellent classroom management, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills for interacting with students and parents.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
