About Us:
MEEVA is a leading bridal & designer saree manufacturer based in Surat, catering to top wholesalers and retailers across India. Known for elegance, innovation, and timely service, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen our client engagement and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relations with existing B2B clients.
- Handle client inquiries, sample follow-ups, and order status updates.
- Maintain a CRM database with client history, preferences & feedback.
- Ensure timely communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.
- Work closely with production and dispatch team to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Regularly take client feedback and upsell new collections.
- Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits.
- Prepare weekly client follow-up and report to management.
✅ Key Skills:
- Excellent communication (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
- Confident, polite, and client-friendly personality
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM software
- Experience in textile or garment industry is a plus
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- 2+ years experience in client handling, CRM, or sales support
