We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our café products in bulk to apartments, cafés, theatres, corporate offices, and event organizers. This role involves lead generation, relationship management, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Coverage
- Identify and visit apartments, cafés, theatres, corporate offices, and event venues, college canteens to pitch our café products.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients for bulk sales.
- Conduct cold calls, meetings, and follow-ups to secure new business.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to explore new business opportunities.
4. Merchandising & Brand Visibility
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability at partner locations.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide strategic insights.
- Collect customer feedback on products, pricing, and promotions for business improvement.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management team.
Key Requirements:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or institutional sales
✔ Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler & valid driving license
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel
