Job Summary
The Project Kitchen Setup Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end commercial kitchen setup projects for restaurants, cafés, QSR outlets, cloud kitchens, and food courts. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Manage complete kitchen setup projects from design approval to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment installation teams.

Kitchen Design & Layout Coordination
- Review kitchen layouts, BOQs, and equipment drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and kitchen designers.

- Source and manage kitchen equipment vendors and contractors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hotel Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, cloud kitchen, or commercial kitchen project execution.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, MEP coordination, and site execution.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
