Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) for the Tamil Nadu region. The role involves counseling prospective candidates, handling leads, explaining our training programs, and driving admissions for our healthcare language training and international career programs.
Working Hours
● Monday to Saturday
● 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
● Connect with prospective candidates through calls and follow-ups
● Explain training programs and overseas career opportunities
● Convert leads into admissions/enrollments
● Maintain regular follow-ups and candidate records
● Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth
Eligibility & Requirements
● Previous experience in EdTech sales or counseling is preferred
● Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
● Laptop and stable WiFi connection are mandatory
● Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
● Immediate joiners are preferred
Training & Probation Policy
● Initial one-month training period is mandatory for all candidates
● Salary will be credited after successful completion of the training period
● Probation period: 3 months Preferred Skills

Pay: ₹11,529.26 - ₹40,906.10 per month
