As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales by managing premium clients, closing high-value deals, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings and site visits across Bangalore
- Coordinate with builders and developers to ensure seamless transactions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
- Leadership skills with the potential to mentor and guide a team
