- Assistance: Support senior technicians and engineers with daily production or maintenance tasks.
- Operation: Run basic workshop or factory machines safely following instructions.
- Assembly & Fitting: Help assemble, fit, or wire parts using standard tools.
- Maintenance: Check equipment, clean tools, and report defects or faults.
- Safety: Follow factory safety rules and wear protective gear at all time
Required Skills & Basics
- Ability to read simple technical drawings, diagrams, or blueprints.
- Knowledge of handling hand tools and measuring instruments (like calipers).
- Willingness to work in shifts and stand for long hours.
- Basic physical fitness and eagerness to learn on the job
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
