Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to engage with prospective students, explain our HR certification programs, and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries regarding HR certification programs.
- Explain course features, curriculum, placement support, and fee structure.
- Counsel candidates and guide them in selecting suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads until the admission process is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Freshers may apply).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or educational counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
