Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web technologies and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly web applications. Fresh graduates and early-career developers with internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern development practices and AI-assisted coding tools
2. Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code with the help of tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, and AI-powered development workflows
3. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to rapidly prototype and ship features
4. Use AI tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, documentation, debugging, and test creation while validating output quality
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance using both manual techniques and AI-assisted analysis
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in frontend and backend web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, API integration, SQL Server, and GitHub version control
2. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Google Antigravity, OpenAI Codex, and Claude for coding, debugging, testing, and optimizing applications
3. Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced development environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. 0–3 years of experience through internships, freelance work, academic projects, or professional web development roles
