Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil (Site) to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in site execution, team management, project planning, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labour teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, and site documentation.
- Monitor material procurement, inventory, and efficient resource utilization.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Ensure timely project completion within the approved budget.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, with experience managing residential or commercial projects.
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
