Job Description
Position: Civil & Interior Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at the site.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates to management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and productivity.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining project standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Civil & Interior Site Supervision.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior finishing works.
- Familiarity with site execution, drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage labor, subcontractors, and multiple site activities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Civil construction work
- Interior fit-out works
- Flooring, false ceiling, painting, partition work
- Tiling and stone work
- Plumbing and waterproofing coordination
- Electrical and MEP coordination
- Site safety practices
- Material management and site documentation
