Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ITI Machine Operator to operate production machines, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and maintain product quality while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines as per SOPs.
- Set up machines before production and perform basic machine adjustments.
- Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime.
- Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify machine abnormalities and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain daily production records and machine logbooks.
- Follow production targets while minimizing material wastage.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
Requirements
- ITI (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Electrician / Mechanical Trade).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under production targets.
