Key Responsibilities
- Interact with candidates across the US market, guiding them through our job platform and services.
- Pitch, negotiate, and upsell premium career services and platform features to prospective candidates.
- Understand candidate profiles in the Medical, IT, and Manufacturing sectors to offer the right solutions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed target-driven goals aligned with the company’s growth.
Requirements
- Excellent English Communication: Flawless verbal and written English skills are a must, as you will be dealing exclusively with US-based candidates.
- Negotiation & Upselling Skills: Proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and upsell effectively.
- Night Shift Flexibility: Since we are a US-based organisation, candidates must be completely comfortable working in fixed night shifts.
- Domain Familiarity (Plus Point): Basic understanding or quick learning ability regarding the IT, Medical, or Manufacturing job markets is highly preferred.
