Position: Sourcing Specialist
Experience: 3-6yrs in Sourcing
Location- Peenya,Bangalore
Preferred: Industry- Chillers, HVAC, Driers, Cooling towers, Panel AC
Educational qualification: Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical) or BCom
Skill Set: New vendor onboarding, competitive vendor identification and evaluation, Sound technical understanding of industry and product.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Supplier Sourcing & Identification
Identify potential suppliers through market research, databases, RFIs, and industry networks
- Develop and maintain a qualified supplier base
- Source new vendors to reduce dependency and improve competitiveness
2. Vendor Evaluation & Selection
- Assess suppliers based on:
- Conduct supplier audits and due diligence
- Support vendor onboarding process
3. Cost Analysis & Negotiation Support
- Analyze pricing structures and cost drivers
- Benchmark prices against market standards
- Assist in commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings and value optimization
4. Strong Business Acumen
- Prepare and manage critical components list and their suppliers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for technical and commercial evaluations
5. Contract & Commercial Support
- Support procurement and legal teams in contract finalization
- Ensure key commercial terms are aligned with company policies
- Track contract validity, renewals, and amendments
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with: Design, Stores, Product Development
- Understand business requirements and sourcing priorities
- Risk assessment
- Strategic sourcing
7. Supply Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, raw material price movements, and supplier risks
- Provide insights on supply chain disruptions and alternative sources
8. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Support performance reviews and corrective action plans
- Encourage long-term partnerships and innovation
9. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure sourcing activities comply
- Identify supplier risks and mitigation strategies
10. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sourcing data, supplier records, and pricing sheets
- Track key sourcing metrics such as:
- Prepare sourcing dashboards and reports

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
