Role Overview We are looking for a confident Visa Counsellor to guide students and professionals through the complete visa process for international study and overseas employment destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Study Visa
- Counsel students on university selection, course options and admission requirements for UK, Canada, Australia, USA, EU and Schengen countries
- Guide on eligibility, documentation, financial proof and language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE)
- Assist with SOP, LOR and visa application preparation
- Explain visa process, interview preparation and expected timelines
- Follow up on offer letters, visa outcomes and pre-departure formalities
Work Visa
- Counsel candidates on work visa eligibility and requirements for Gulf (GCC) and Europe
- Guide on documentation, medical fitness, skill certifications and emigration clearance
- Address queries of candidates and families regarding overseas employment opportunities
General
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries and convert into active applications
- Maintain candidate records and follow-up logs
- Coordinate with the Visa & Admission Expert for smooth case handover
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
Pay: ₹11,039.06 - ₹34,836.07 per month
