Flymedia Technology is looking for a dedicated HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling the complete recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
