Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural planning, 2D drawings, 3D design, and interior design coordination. The candidate should be capable of developing concepts and converting client requirements into practical and attractive designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural plans and 2D drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop 3D designs and realistic visualizations based on client requirements.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and develop suitable design concepts.
- Coordinate architectural designs with interior design and execution teams.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Make necessary design revisions based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure proper execution as per approved drawings.
- Visit project sites when required and resolve design-related site issues.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, aesthetically appealing, and suitable for execution.
- Coordinate with the team for material selection, finishes, and design details.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for client discussions.
- Ensure drawings and designs are completed within project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Architecture or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and space planning.
- Must have good knowledge of 2D planning and working drawings.
- Must have strong knowledge of 3D design and visualization.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of residential and commercial building design.
- Good knowledge of measurements, dimensions, materials, and construction details.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to understand and implement client requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and contractors.

- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Good knowledge of modern architectural and interior design trends.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle projects independently.
- Willing to coordinate with clients and site teams.
- Should be responsible for completing assigned designs within deadlines.
Working Hours
09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
