We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales and web development services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing end-to-end sales activities, building client relationships, and closing deals for web and digital solutions.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound sales activities.

Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable web development and IT service solutions.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Collaborate with technical and project teams for proposal creation and requirement gathering.

Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular follow-ups with prospects.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Experience in IT Sales and Business Development.

Strong understanding of Web Development Services and IT solutions.
