3. Sr. research Associte (Protein Characterization)
'- Consuct characterization of proteins and bo similar products using techniques such as HPLC/UPLC (SEC, IEX, RP), capillary electrophoresis (CESDS, cIEF, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, and ELISA
- Conduct sample preparation and data acquisition for mass spectrometry-based proteomic workflows, including intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, N&C Terminal and post translationall modification (PTM analysis)
- To develop and validate analytical methods for protein characterization in accordance with regulatory guidelines (e.g. GLP/GMP, ICH Q68).
Accurately analayze, document and interpret experimental data in an electronoc lab notebook (ELN) or other documentation systems. Prepare technical reports, protocols, and SOPs.
- Operate, calibtrate, and maintain lab instruments, includng HPLCs, mass spectrometers, and other analytical equipment. Coordinate with vendors for service and repaits as needed.
