Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Analyst Consultant with 15+ years of expertise in database management, data analysis, performance optimization, and business intelligence. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, improving database performance, ensuring data integrity, and providing strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize database structures and data models.
- Review existing database architecture and recommend improvements.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and governance standards.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights for business stakeholders.
- Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify data requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on database best practices and scalability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Database Administration, Database Analysis, or Data Consulting.
- Strong expertise in SQL, database design, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.
- Experience with large-scale data management and reporting environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consulting assignments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
