Role Overview
This role goes far beyond a Traditional Executive Assistant position. It is designed for a highly ambitious, sharp, and self-driven professional with a strong problem-solving mindset, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to manage business priorities, track mission-critical initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and convert ideas into structured execution. Simultaneously, you will play a central role in shaping, executing, and strengthening the organization’s marketing, PR, and personal branding efforts across digital, physical, and media platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who anticipates needs before they arise, adapts fluidly to leadership working styles, and takes pride in making things happen. This role requires exceptional organizational ability, communication finesse, strategic thinking, and strong on-ground execution capability.
Given the proximity to senior leadership, the role may occasionally require extended working hours and business travel depending on meetings, events, and engagements. A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities:-
Executive and Leadership Support
- Provide high-level business and administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Track leadership priorities, confidential matters, travel plans, and calendar management with strong follow-through.
- Prepare business summaries, dashboards, reports, and industry insight notes as required.
- Lead execution and communication for special projects, internal initiatives, and leadership-driven assignments, including emails, proposals, memos, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in external representation at events, conferences, industry forums, and government meetings on behalf of leadership.
- Support the development and refinement of internal systems, SOPs, and project tracking mechanisms.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors, agencies, consultants, and partners to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectations.
Marketing, Brand, and Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop and own content across formats, including social media, emailers, presentations, website updates, and campaign communications, ensuring narrative consistency.
- Drive end-to-end social media planning and execution, including editorial calendars, coordination, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with design, digital, product, and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and collateral.
- Provide comprehensive marketing support for events, activities, exhibitions, and forums, covering pre-event planning, on-ground execution, and post-event communication.
PR, Personal Branding, and External Relations
- Lead and support PR initiatives, including drafting media notes, coordinating with journalists, publications, and media partners, and securing brand visibility through features, articles, awards, and recognitions.
- Manage Personal Branding and Personal PR for Directors, including thought-leadership content, digital presence, media opportunities, and strategic positioning across platforms and forums.
- Coordinate with industry bodies, event organizers, ecosystem partners, and press relations to strengthen external visibility and relationships.
- Represent the organization confidently in public forums, exhibitions, conferences, and networking environments.
Preferred Profile
- Two or more years of experience across executive support, marketing, PR, communications, or brand strategy roles.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in marketing, mass communication, PR, business, or an allied discipline.
- Strong command over written and verbal English, with proven ability in business writing and storytelling.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and high accountability.
- Experience with events, exhibitions, outdoor assignments, and on-ground coordination.
- Working familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and basic content or design tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
