About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Dining Service In-Charge to manage our guest dining experience at Red Hill Nature Resort.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, likes keeping spaces organized, and can handle both guest interaction and daily dining operations with care and attention.
You’ll be working in a peaceful heritage resort surrounded by tea estates and nature—not a crowded city hotel environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee dining service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food service
- Handle dishes, cutlery, table setup, and dining supplies when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist guests politely and professionally during meal service
- Support the overall resort operations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel service, restaurant service, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred
- Good communication and a positive attitude toward guests
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Willing to stay and work in a hill-station resort environment
- Looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term role
