Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Delivery Lead / Architect to lead SOC implementation, engineering, and transformation engagements. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, delivery leadership, client advisory, and team management capabilities. The individual will drive SOC modernization initiatives across SIEM, SOAR, detection engineering, telemetry engineering, cloud security monitoring, and AI-enabled security operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
SOC Engineering & Transformation
Lead end-to-end SOC implementation, modernization, and transformation programs.
Design and optimize SIEM, SOAR, detection engineering, and security monitoring capabilities.
Define SOC architecture, operating models, use-case strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
Drive SOC automation, orchestration, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Detection & Telemetry Engineering
Develop and enhance detection use-cases aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence.
Design and optimize security telemetry pipelines, log onboarding, normalization, parsing, enrichment, and ingestion strategies.
Improve detection coverage, alert fidelity, and threat visibility across enterprise environments.
Cloud Security Monitoring
Design and integrate security monitoring for Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
Implement cloud security use-cases across IAM, workload security, containers, network security, DevSecOps, and data protection.
Integrate cloud-native security controls, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, and CIEM capabilities into SOC operations.
Client Advisory & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs and senior client stakeholders.
Lead workshops, architecture discussions, solutioning sessions, and transformation planning.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Support proposals, RFPs, estimation, and executive presentations.
People & Delivery Management
Lead and mentor teams of 10–30 cybersecurity professionals.
Ensure delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, governance, and risk management.
Balance architecture, technical oversight, and delivery leadership responsibilities.
Key Points :
- A Data Privacy SME with strong domain expertise, prior experience in implementing privacy tools such as Security, One Trust, Trust Arc, etc., and hands-on exposure to GDPR and/or DPDPA programs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
12–16 years of cybersecurity experience with strong focus on SOC implementation, engineering, and transformation.
Hands-on experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms preferred experience with:
o Microsoft Sentinel
o Google SecOps
o Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM
Strong expertise in detection engineering, use-case development, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
Experience in telemetry engineering, log onboarding, parser development, and security data architecture.
Good understanding of cloud security monitoring across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Experience in client-facing delivery, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Proven people leadership experience managing medium to large cybersecurity teams.
Good to Have
SOC maturity assessments and SOC operating model design.
Data security technologies including DLP, DSPM, DAM, encryption, and privacy controls.
Managed SOC / MDR experience.
Exposure to OT/IoT security monitoring.
Pre-sales, solutioning, and large transformation program experience.
Emerging Skills (Preferred)
Experience with GenAI-enabled SOC capabilities, AI-assisted investigations, automated triage, and analyst copilots.
Exposure to Agentic / Autonomous SOC concepts, AI-driven incident response, and autonomous investigation workflows.
Experience with AI-enabled security platforms such as Microsoft Security Copilot, Google SecOps AI capabilities, or Cortex XSIAM.

Ideal Candidate: A client-centric SOC transformation leader who can combine deep technical expertise with delivery excellence, stakeholder management, team leadership, and next-generation AI-driven SOC capabilities.
Location: NCR. Flexible to work from client location or Accenture office for all 5 days. Local NCR travel is must. Partial domestic travel.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cybersecurity Fundamentals.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
