Job Description:
The Accessories Manager is responsible for overseeing the selection, sales, and installation of automotive accessories. They manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key duties include.
- Developing and implementing accessory sales strategies.
- Managing inventory and supplier relationships.
- Training and supervising sales and installation staff.
- Ensuring customer needs are met with quality products.
- Monitoring sales performance and achieving targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive accessories sales or management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle accessories and installation procedures.
