Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems.
- Customer service experience
