What is the work?
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive, and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, with a strong focus on handling and servicing Indian clients and SMEs, understanding their business requirements, expectations, and project objectives.
- Provide strategic consultancy and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our portfolio of web development, mobile app development, digital transformation, and open-source technology solutions.
- Coordinate closely with clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery.
- Facilitate project planning activities, including requirement gathering, estimation coordination, scheduling, task allocation, risk identification, and progress tracking.
- Independently manages client inquiries and leads through the complete project lifecycle, from requirement analysis and proposal discussions to successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings and workshops, translating business and functional requirements into detailed project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Ensure client expectations are effectively managed while maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and profitability objectives.
- Target-driven and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, account growth, and long-term client retention.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Proven experience working with a web and mobile application development company, IT services company, software development company, or digital agency.
- Experience handling Indian clients and SME accounts with responsibility for project delivery, client engagement, and account growth..
- Possess a strong understanding of web technologies, mobile application development, software development life cycle (SDLC), and modern digital solutions.
- Must have prior experience working in a Client Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing role within a web development, mobile application development, software development, or digital services company.
- Hands-on experience in managing Indian clients is mandatory. Candidates with exposure to both domestic and international clients will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, technical teams, and senior management.
- Experience in estimation discussions, solutioning coordination, and proposal preparation in collaboration with technical teams will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, customer-centric, and willing to take ownership of client success and project outcomes.
