You will be responsible for designing and developing robust test frameworks, building test pipelines, and driving end-to-end automation strategies. A strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective test scenarios is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Java or Python.
- Implement automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and Appium for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing using tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test strategies and scenarios.
- Conduct regular demo sessions to showcase test coverage, automation progress, and quality metrics to stakeholders and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing with strong programming skills in Java or Python.
