Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the bridge between clients and our design, development, and marketing teams. You will plan projects, track progress, coordinate resources, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Create project plans, timelines, and task allocations.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Track daily project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with designers, developers, marketers, and QA teams.
- Identify risks and resolve project bottlenecks proactively.
- Maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
- Keep clients updated with regular progress reports.
- Ensure project scope, timelines, and deliverables are well managed.
- Coordinate testing, feedback, revisions, and final project delivery.
- Prepare weekly project status reports for management.
- Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

- Basic understanding of website development, branding, UI/UX, or digital marketing projects.
- Experience working in a digital agency or software company.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
