About the Role: Ariv Education, in partnership with VIBGYOR ACE, is hiring ACE Coordinators to manage on-ground Admissions, Academic Operations, and Coordination in VIBGYOR schools. This role requires proactive individuals who can drive admissions, support academic delivery, and ensure seamless school operations while acting as the key bridge between Ariv’s central team and the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions by making 30–40 impactful calls daily to parents and leads
- Handle end-to-end lead conversion through consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Conduct effective counselling sessions for students & parents, guiding them toward enrollment
- Manage and track enquiry data, digital leads, and admission pipelines with high accuracy
- Ensure strong conversion outcomes by defining clear next steps and closing admissions
- Coordinate between the school team and the ARIV team for seamless communication.
Ideal Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate (mandatory)
- Experience in education sector; sales background is a plus
- Target-oriented with hands-on experience in counselling & driving admissions
- Strong communication, planning & coordination skills
- High ownership, proactive mindset & ability to meet timelines
- Willing to work full-time from school campus (Monday–Saturday)
