Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
Spectra Solar Power is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for solar EPC projects across C&I and residential segments. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, material sourcing, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of project materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement of solar components such as modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS items
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, project, and sales) to understand material needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, invoices, and contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to procurement budgets
- Stay updated with market trends and pricing of solar components
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Solar EPC or electrical industry
- Good understanding of solar components and supply chain processes
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
