Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
- Train new team members on scripts, objection handling, and project knowledge.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead management.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and MIS reports.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Pre-Sales
- Excellent communication in Tamil and English.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
