Experience in B2B Industrial Sales, Automation, IT Hardware, Kiosks, Digital Signage, or Technology Products will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
- Identify and develop new customers for kiosks, automation solutions, and technology products.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop channel partners, dealers, and system integrator networks.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and other states as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Industrial Products, IT Hardware, Automation Solutions, or Technology Products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Engineering, Diploma, BBA, MBA, or any relevant degree.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives:
- Below 75% Target Achievement – No Incentive
- 75%–99% Target Achievement – Incentive Applicable
- 100% & Above Target Achievement – Attractive Performance Incentives
