air-O-Service is looking for a skilled and responsible AC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair air conditioning systems at customer sites. The technician will ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company service protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, repair, and maintain Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, and other HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults in AC units and perform troubleshooting efficiently
- Clean filters, coils, blower units, and drainage systems during service visits
- Check refrigerant gas pressure and perform gas charging/leak detection when required
- Maintain proper service records and submit service reports after every visit
- Upload before & after service photos through company app/system
- Collect customer feedback and reviews after service completion
- Follow all company SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Ensure no service call is rejected without valid approval
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Required Skills
- Good technical knowledge of AC systems and HVAC servicing
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to identify faults and provide quick solutions
- Familiarity with service apps / smartphone usage
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
Eligibility / Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Experience preferred
- Prior AC servicing experience preferred
- Freshers with training may also apply
Working Conditions
- Field-based role involving travel to customer locations
- Technician must remain available for service calls as per operational requirement
- 6 working days per week
- Weekly off: Sunday
