Destination Expert — Sales Role
- Connect with customers who have already expressed interest (inbound leads — no cold calling)
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue
- Develop a fair understanding of the tools and systems used on the floor — a structured training
programme ensures every candidate is hands-on with the tools before going live
What We Are Looking For
- Good spoken English — clear, confident, and natural communication
- High energy, persuasive, and people-oriented attitude
- Target-oriented mindset — driven by results, not just activity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Any graduate — Engineering or MBA not required
- Freshers welcome. 1-2 years experience in travel, hospitality, or B2C sales is an advantage.
